Fish is a versatile source of dietary nutrients, but it is currently consumed in insufficient quantities compared to dietary recommendations.
Approximately half of the fish consumed in Finland is produced through various aquaculture methods, while the other half is obtained through various fishing methods, resulting in significant differences in their environmental impacts.
